Amazing breakfast, nice pool and saunas, great location for hiking and not far from city center, very quiet area. Large, high-quality rooms for families, good animation programs for kids. Clean, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with variety. Excellent service from pool staff. Best family hotel in Europe.

We spent 2 days in an apartment with a bedroom and a perfect view. the location was beautiful, with a short walk to nature, a mini library, and children's play areas. 3. It was close to the forest.

The hotel's location is beautiful, being surrounded by lush greenery and close to the forested mountains. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, including fruits and coffee, though at peak hours the space gets a little too crowded. On-site facilities such as the pool and library were a plus, and the room was comfortable with a great view.
The quality of service was lacking, with impolite staff who were untrained and prone to shouting.

My stay here was remarkable! I loved how clean this hotel is and how they have great facilities to offer. The breakfast served was impressive with a variety of delicious food choices. Additionally, the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lastly, I appreciated the hotel's location, which was really close to hiking trails, restaurants, and had easy access to transportation.
Everything was fantastic.

Great breakfast with a lot of variety and helpful staff to guide you through the options. The hiking guide provided great insight into local trails, showcasing the gorgeous natural landscape surrounding the hotel. The spacious room was nicely decorated.
Dinner was not good at all, leaving us feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. The service at the bar was slow, and we had to wait for a lengthy amount of time to be served.

During my recent stay at Green Mountain, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room I stayed in was spotless and well-maintained, giving me a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The breakfast provided was also of high quality, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the sauna zone, which provided a relaxing escape after a day of exploring. Additionally, the warm room was a great relief from the chilly weather outside.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a long wait time for registration and babies in pampers in the pools, overall I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good staff, and convenient amenities.

Spacious and tidy rooms, with a quiet atmosphere. The bar offers a great selection of local beers and stays open until midnight. The wellness center is excellent, with limited access for a more exclusive experience. The breakfast is very good, especially if you go before 9am to avoid crowds.
There were long waiting times for service at the restaurant and the lobby bar, which affected our dining experience. The hotel had a lot of families with kids, so at times it could get a bit noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located near key business areas and transportation hubs. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, with fresh ingredients.
The hotel falls short in some aspects, such as the lack of available amenities, such as a well-stocked minibar or adequate hangers in the wardrobe. the service is inconsistent, with some staff being less friendly and accommodating than others.

We had an exceptional stay here with outstanding service and luxurious amenities. The spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The spa lounge and beauty treatments were a bonus to our relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks from the restaurant and bar/lounge area.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the swimming pool opening hours in the morning were a bit short. A later opening time would have allowed for a quick swim before breakfast.

I loved the location of the hotel, surrounded by a picturesque pine forest. It was so convenient having a beautiful walking path right next to the hotel, perfect for taking our dog for a stroll. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and swimming pool. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Green Mountain 5*.
